Jochen Burg (*1980) is CEO and Chair of the Managing Board of SMS group. Jochen Burg has been working for SMS group for over 15 years and has held several management positions during this time. Having initially been Head of Corporate Development at SMS Siemag AG at the company's Hilchenbach location, Jochen Burg moved to SMS subsidiary Paul Wurth in Luxembourg in 2013, where he was Vice President with responsibility for the Service, Purchasing and Logistics divisions. Since 2017, he has been responsible for driving the development of SMS group's global Service business. 

Jochen Burg studied industrial engineering at the University of Karlsruhe.
